The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) maintained that Head Coach of the Super Falcons, Randy Waldrum, will be given the needed backing to succeed in his role.
NFF General Secretary, Dr, Mohammed Sanusi made this disclosure while Randy Waldrum to the Nigeria Football Federation secretariate in Abuja on Monday.
Dr. Mohammed Sanusi also said the Federation is thrilled to have the former coach of Trinidad and Tobago on the ground for the ongoing NWFL Super Six in Ijebu Ode.
The American led the Super Falcons to glory at the Turkish International invitation tournament a few months shortly after he was appointed.
“Permit me to also say the NFF is enamored by your request, without any prompting, to come and watch the NWFL Super 6 taking place in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State.
“This shows clearly that you are interested in the development and sustenance of the Nigeria women’s game and discovering players for the national team.”
