The President of Nigeria Football Federation Amaju Pinnick has stated the new coaches for the national team will be announced very soon.
Pinnick said the federation has saddled consultants with the responsibility of selecting coaches for the other men and women’s national teams and the selected coaches will be announced very soon.
The Super Falcons, Golden Eaglets, and Flying Eagles are still without coaches following the expiration of their previous handlers.
“With regards to a Coach for the Super Falcons, Africa’s biggest female football team, Phillips Consulting, in charge of the recruitment process, are putting finishing touches to it and a Coach will be announced soon. This also applies to Coaches for the different cadres of our National Teams.”
On the vacant technical director role, the former CAF 1st vice president said an announcement will be made soon.
On the vacant positions in Nigerian football, I’m hopeful that a Technical Director will be announced soon, as we are still having extensive consultations.
