NFF Yet To Settle Rohr’s Three Month Salary

It has revealed that the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) only paid Super Eagles Coach Gernot Rohr 50% of months’ salary.

The NFF said in a statement early this month that the Franco-German tactician has received payment for the month of July and August and admitted that he’s yet to receive his September salary.

Contrarily to that report, it has now been revealed that the Nigeria football governing body only pay 50% ( $75, 000 dollars) of his $150, 000 payment for three months.

Former NFF Reforms Committee member and BBC World Football Writer, Obayiuwana Osasu broke the news on social media today (Friday).

“I understand @thenff has paid 50% of the outstanding 3 months salary (USD 150,000) owed to @NGSuperEagles Manager Gernot Rohr.

“The remainder “will be paid soon.” Pinnick Amaju says “force majeure” is responsible for the lack of full payment.” Osasu’s tweet reads.
