Nigeria National League chief Emmanuel Adesanya has stated that the Secretariat of the nation’s second-tier league in Nigeria is working towards ensuring that the NNL Super 8 promotion playoffs for the top eight teams in the NNL get underway by the 6th of September.
Adesanya speaking in a chat with brila.net said the NNL for the current campaign is almost done with NNL group A1, A2, and B1 all done with just a few games to be done in group B2 which are even not expected to have such significance on the standings for the top two teams.
Gombe, El kanemi qualified from A1, Niger Tornadoes, and DMD from A2. Shooting stars and Ekiti united from B1 while Remo stars and Insurance are expected to complete the Super 8 roster.
