The highly rated Nigerian-born forward guided the Dutch Eredivisie Outfit to a 3-0 of victory over their Danish visitors.
Madueke scored the opening goal of the game on the 19th minute when he collected a pass from Eran Zahavic.
It was his third goal for PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League Qualifiers this season.
Coach Roger Schmidt however decided to take off the young forward for Bruma towards the end of the game.
Meanwhile, German 2014 FIFA World Cup hero Mario Gotze scored the second goal, while Coady Gakpo grabbed the third goal.
