As he continues his rehabilitation in order to get back to playing football in good time, Nigerian midfielder and Anorthosis Famagusta of Cyprus player, Nosa Emmanuel Igiebor has revealed that he is targeting an injury-free year as he cannot wait to get back to action.
It has been 4 solid weeks of rehabilitation for the former Vancouver Whitecaps and Real Betis of Spain player, and as he nears full fitness, the player, speaking to Brila.net, revealed his desire to get back to action soonest.
“My target for 2019 is to stay healthy and injury free because you could set goals and then your goals are cut due to injury”.
“I’ve learned a lot during my rehabilitation process so am just soaking everything in. This year, I want to be injury free, and then any other personal achievements will fall in place, but the main thing is to be in great condition”.
