Nottingham Forest hand Dennis another chance to save his future

Nottingham Forest FC has given Emmanuel Dennis another chance to save his future at the club after his poor debut campaign.

Signed from Watford for £20m in August 2022, Dennis failed to live up to expectations at the City Ground.

The forward scored 2 goals and assist 2 in in Premier League games as Nottingham Forest struggled to retain its Premier League status.

Media reports suggested the club could offlaod the forward this summer, if interested buyer come forward with the right price.

However it seems there is a change of mind within the Club as Dennis was among the players retained for next season by the club.

Nottingham Forest signed 19 players last season and have begun the move to offload the underperforming stars on their roaster.

Dennis and compatriot Taiwo Awoniyi were among the players retained, while Ghanaian international Andre Ayew alongside Jesse Lingard and others were shown the exit door.
