Enyimba Football Club of Aba have secured the services of highly rated youngster Uche Franklin.
Enyimba snapped up the defender from Jewels Football Academy, after reaching agreement with them.
The 18-year-old signed a three year contract on Tuesday, and he has started training with the Aba-based side.
Reacting to this development, the technical adviser of Jewels Football Academy, Coach Chinedu Obasi Okezie expressed delight in this affirmative
“Uche has proven to the world that he is ripe for the NPFL by joining the country’s most successful side Enyimba FC, I’m very confident that this new challenge will unlock potential that are yet to be seen in him, Enyimba is a good destination for him as a young lad, because the new philosophy now in Enyimba encourages the young system, so I wish him well in this new adventure”. He said.
