Lobi Stars’ Technical Adviser, Coach Kabiru Suleiman Dogo, has refused to rule out his team in this season’s NPFL title race.
Dogo’s side is currently occupying 8th position on the table, eleven points behind table-topper Kano Pillars after 25 round of matches.
Lobi Stars secured their first-ever away win at Dakkada last Sunday and the former Nasarawa United and Sunshine Stars handler is confident his side will go on a good run and close the gap on the team above them in the table.
He said: ” My aim is to remain focus, concentrate more on my job and block all the loops holes as well as correct all our past mistakes”.
“The league is still open, no one is sure of winning the league yet, we are still much in the race and I believe with more effort, sacrifice, and hard work Lobi Stars will surely get it right at the end of the season without an iota of doubt in my mind,” he told the press after Sunday’s game.
