Kano Pillars forward Nyima Nwagwa has stated that the return of the Nigeria Professional Football League on live broadcast on match days is a big source of joy to players in the NPFL witnessed in a number of matches in the opening round of the 2021 NPFL season.
Nwangwa speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said the return of the league on TV one that will help advance the career of domestic league players who have been starved of the right level of publicity and this he feels will also help boost the image of the league in Nigeria.
“I’m actually very impressed and proud of the LMC, this is what we all pray for and this is what we all work for. We are the ones playing, we want to be shown we want people to see us. And for us to have the feeling of been back on TV, we are impressed and we even want them to with time show all the ten matches on TV so that players can see themselves doin well.”
