NTTF President Tikon says Federation wants to get the best out of women players

President of the Nigeria Table Tennis Federation Engr Tikon Ishaku has stated that the Federation is excited ahead of today’s commencement of the national women table tennis championship which is organized to provide competition and more game time for women table tennis players.

Tikon speaking in a chat with brila.net said there has been challenges in the women game churning out result at the international level hence the need to come up with a solution and ways to get them better.
He added that it is hoped that the tournament will help improve the standard of women table tennis in Nigeria.
“This is geared towards coming up with a formidable women team, it has been a challenge for many years on the female side. And with this, we will come out with the best and we believe the team will stand the test of time.
It’s the first of its kind in Nigeria and we believe this will put an end to the many worries of female table tennis players in Nigeria.”
