Former Nigeria youth international, Chidiebere Nwakali have been named in the Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) team of the week following his impressive performance during the weekend.
The SPFL team of the week was made available via the official SPFL twitter handle today.
Nwakali played 72 minutes for Aberdeen in their 1-0 win over Dundee United. A win that sent Aberdeen to 3rd on the SPFL table with 56 points.
The Aberdeen club has taken time to congratulate their Nigerian talent who is on loan from Manchester City via twitter where they wrote – “Well done to Chidi Nwakali who was named in the SPFL Team of the Week.”
Chidiebere has so far made 5 appearances for Aberdeen since joining on loan from Manchester City in January.
