Assistant coach of Nigeria’s basketball national team Odaudu Ogoh has empathised with home based basketball players who are set to miss out on possible national team consideration once again ahead of next month’s final Afrobasket 2021 qualifying window.
Ogoh speaking in a chat with brila.net said it is a tough situation they find themselves because of inactivity which also affects their career and reduces their chances of growth as players.
He added that he hopes succour will come their way very soon to get their career back on track.
