Odey’s first goal in France ends Amiens’ five game winless run

Stephen Odey scored his first goal for Amiens FC on Saturday after five matches without since joining last August.

Odey’s goal was enough to hand the club an important win over Grenoble in the matchday 7 of the French league two game.

Odey started the game as Amiens were desperate to an end to their bad run of results that suffered three defeat and two draws in the last five matches.

The game against Grenoble was heading to another disappointing draw until Odey rescued the club with a superb goal in the 64th minute.

The former FC Zurich and MFM FC striker was replaced by Florian Bianchini in the 76th.

Odey joined Amiens on loan with an option to buy from Belgium Jupiler League side RKC Genk back in August.
