Super Falcons and Rivers Angels striker Alice Ogebe has expressed delight after helping her side win the Nigeria Women Premier League Super 6 title scoring the team’s third goal in the 4-0 demolition of Sunshine Queens on the final day of proceedings at the NWPL Super 6 in Ijebu Ode.
Ogebe who rejoined the team after returning from Polish Ekstraliga club KKP Bydgoszcz speaking in a chat with brila.net said the women title to us time is different from the significance, the trophy proper as well as the fan fair that surrounds this edition makes it the notes special to have emerged as champion.
“I’m very excited, people are very happy right now. We don’t rush things I told you earlier and we are so glad we are happy to have this. I think we are going to do well and try our best.
