Okobi leaves Eskilstuna United after five years

Ngozi Okobi-Okeoghene has left Swedish side Eskilstuna United.

Okobi left the cash-strapped club following their relegation from top-flight Damallsvenskan to second tier Elitettan.

Despite the club’s struggle the Nigerian ended the campaign with 2 goals from 26 games.

During her five-year spell at Eskilstuna, Okobi featured 107 times since joining from Vittsjo, scoring 11 goals.

The Super Falcons star is free to sign for any team of her choice when transfer window reopens.
