Super Eagles forward Paul Onuachu was on target for his club KRC Genk in Sunday’s Belgian Jupiler league win over St.Truiden.
Genk won the game 4-0 and it was the Nigerian attacker who completed the rout for John van den Brom’s side at the Luminus Arena
Theo Bongonda opened the scoring for Genk in the 21st, before Japanese forward Junya Ito combined with Bryan Heynen for the second in the 24th minute.
Kelvin Thorstvedt added the in the 34 minutes before the visitors squandered golden chance to pull one back from the penalty spot a few minutes later.
Paul Onuachu completed the massacre with the fourth goal in the 54th minute, before he was replaced by Cyriel Dessers in the 63rd minute.
The lanky forward has now scored 30 goals in all competitions for Genk this season and has also had 2 assists to his name from 32 appearances.
Paul Onuachu also scored twice for the Super Eagles of Nigeria in last month’s African Cup of Nations qualifiers.
