Super Falcons forward Asisat Oshoala scored on her debut forFemini Barcelona team in their 4-0 away win over Rayo Vallecano in a league clash at the Ciudad Deportiva on Sunday.
The former African Women Footballer of the year joined the Catalan giants on loan from Chinese side Dalian Quanjian back in January and missed the Club last game against Levante due to fitness issues but returned quickly to make the bench on the trip to Vallecano.
The former Arsenal ladies forward was thrown into the action at the expense of Alexia Putellas in the 62nd minute and opened her account for the Blaugranes less than a minute later which wrapped up the impressive victory.
Oshoala is expected to make her home debut for Lluís Cortés’s side against Sporting de Huelva on Wednesday, February 13.
