Nigeria Professional Football League champions, Kano Pillars FC, touched down in Dakar, the capital of Senegal ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup on Friday.
The Sai Masu Gida will face Senegalese side ASC Jaraaf in the first round first leg fixture against at the 20, Stade Demba Diop, Dakar, Senegal this Saturday.
Club captain Rabiu Ali said the players are in Senegal for business and they would try their best to take a positive result back to Nigeria for the return leg.
He also charged the people of Kano and Nigerians to continue praying for them for the progress of the club.
The match is expected to kick-off by 5 pm local time at Stade Demba Diop Stadium.
The return leg will be played at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in the City of Kaduna next weekend.
