Referees Deserve Better , NFF Chief Condemns Kano Violence

NFF Technical Committee Chairman, Chris Green has called on stakeholders to support Nigerian Referees, following the assault on match officials in Kano after Akwa United’s win against Pillars n the NPFL last weekend.

Green voiced his support for the arbiters, and indulged clubs to address the violence perpetrated by fans against Referees in the NPFL.

 
There were damning reports on Monday about the Match day 18 League game in Kano, where Match officials were attacked by home supporters after Pillars lost 1-0 to Akwa United.
