The second half resumed with immense pressure, the visitors came closer once again through Eric Dufegha, he took a long-range shot to get an equalizer for his side but Fabiyi Emmanuel saved brilliantly.
Solomon John, Ekene Awazie and Bolaji Michael exchanged wonderful pass to displace their markers to set up Mbaoma Victor inside the opponent’s box, he took at once and the ball went over the bar.
The Sky Blue Stars continued to mount pressure on the visitors as all their attempt was seen blocked by Ndah Olisa, Edoka Owochio and Chidume Victor.
