Remo stars boss Gbenga Ogunbote has stated that the Ikenne based side had her unbeaten record ended against a side they didn’t envisioned would end things for them after the team got served a first defeat of the season after 11 unbeaten games to get beaten in Gombe on matchday 12.
Ogunbote speaking in a chat with brila.net stressed that the win is certainly one of three outcomes to expect in a game but believed they did more than enough to get atleast a point in the game away to Gombe united but just wasn’t their day.
The team will now hope to return to winning ways after dropping down to third on the league table with Plateau united breaking into second after winning at Kano Pillars.
