Rivers Angels attacking midfielder Blessing Okpe has expressed delight after been included in the list of 40 players invited to kick start the camp of the Nigeria U19 women national team by first Assistant coach Moses Adukwu of Bayelsa Queens.
An excited Okpe speaking in a chat with www.brila.net said she will continue to work hard to ensure she justify her invitation to the camp of the Nigeria U19 women national team and also work harder to make the core of the team proper for competition proper.
“I’m very happy, I saw the list and my name was among the strikers and I told myself it’s time for me to work hard and make sure the invitation they gave to me was not by chance by working hard and by delivering for them, scoring my goals, by taking things easy for myself and for my teammates as well.”
