Super Eagles technical adviser Gernot Rohr has revealed that his assistant Alloy Agu hasn’t been working without a contract from the Nigeria Football Federation.
The former Super Eagles goalkeeper has been working with Rohr as goalkeepers trainer since the arrival of the Franco-German tactician in 2017.
Speaking from his base in France, Rohr lamented that the federation has failed in its promise to offer a contract to the goalkeepers’ trainer and before lauding Alloy Agu for how he has handled the situation.
“Alloy is a very good goalkeepers’ trainer. He knows his job, very well. But he has no contract and the NFF promised him one for quite some time. It should be given to him. When my staff are not okay, I can’t be happy. We are all one team.” Rohr said.
