Chairman of the Nigeria Football Federation’s Technical study group Dr. Alex Mana has stated that Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr should be smiling by now seeing how the pool of players available for selection are performing at this point in time.
Mana speaking in a chat with brila.net said the testing of players should also by now be done with by now as what the coach should be concerned with by at this point is on how to harness and pin down the players that can be used for the immediate objective before the senior national team.
“The testing should have been ending by now, we look for the players that will be in the main team proper and I think that there is no more time for grooming, it’s time for actually pinning down the one that we can use in the nearest future.”
