Kelechi Iheanacho was the difference maker for Leicester City as they secured a comfortable win over Aston Villa at Villa Park on Saturday.
The Nigerian international was given a rare start by Brendan Rodgers after his heroic performance in the FA against Walsall last weekend.
The forward then produced one of individual performance of the season as he assisted two goals and scored another in the 4-2 success.
Ollie Watkins gave the hosts the lead nine minutes, before Iheanacho set up James Madison for the leveller three minutes later.
Watkins again drove a shot into the area forcing an own goal from Foxes new Foxes signing, Harry Souttar, but Kelechi Iheanacho equalised again with a header, before Tete rounded Emiliano Martinez to put Leicester ahead at the break, with another assist from iheanacho.
Philippe Coutinho saw a goal ruled out for offside in the second half, but Rodgers’ side were fourth time luck with the sealer from substitute Dennis Praet in the 79th minute.
It was a first Premier League victory since before the World Cup break for Leicester, who move into 13th place on 21 points.
They are now three points clear of the relegation places. Aston Villa remain in 11th place on 28 points.
