Sunshine Stars striker, Sadeeq Yusuf says he’s happy with his current form, but is hungry to get more goals for his team.
Yusuf has scored seven goals in nine league matches for the Owena Whales this season and he is one of the most lethal scorers in the NPFL this season.
The youngster has also found back of the net in last five home matches, a form that earned him club’s player of the award for the month of January.
Brila.net caught up with Sadeeq Yusuf to discuss his incredible start to the season, and whether he’s the best finisher in the league at the moment.
“I feel great and I’m proud of what I’ve been able to achieve for now, but I’m still hungry for more goals and also want to continue to help the team with assists as well,” said the Player.

The striker also heaped praises on coach Gbenga Ogunbote for helping him settle down this season.
“It’s a great privilege to work with a big manager like him, he encourage me and give us all that we need to wt better and develop my game all round,” He concluded.
