Dele Ajiboye will return between the sticks in the African Nations Championship when Nigeria face Morocco in Sunday’s final.
Ajiboye came on for Ikechukwu Ezenwa in the semi-final clash against Sudan after the first choice goalie picked up a knock.
Confirming the injury list heading into the final, Super Eagles media Officer Toyin Ibitoye said Ezenwa will be out for days.
Also, Sunday Faleye (Arm Muscle Injury), Daniel Itodo (Illness) and Ifeanyi Ifeanyi (Suspension) are all out of the final – Salisu Yusuf will have only 19 players to pick from for matchday.
Currently, the Eagles are in Casablanca – after a three hour road trip from Marrakech – where the final will hold.
They will have their first training session later on Friday, Ibitoye confirmed to Babafemi Raji on Brila FM’s Sports Machine.
