Super sand Eagles striker and captain of Kogi United FC Victor Tale has hailed the leadership of the Nigeria Football Federation after the kickoff of the newly introduced Nigeria Beach soccer league over the weekend following years of agitation for a recognized beach soccer league in Nigeria.
Tale speaking in a chat with brila.net said the actualization of a Beach soccer league in Nigeria is a dream come through and stressed that the Nigeria Football Federation led by Amaju Pinnick should also ensure that there is substantial financial engagement.
He thereafter added that this certainly is a thing of joy to all beach soccer players in Nigeria.
“We thank God it’s a dream come through because this is what we have been waiting for all this while and since he has taken his own move now, this is a support on the game to commence beach soccer in Nigeria as a league. And we hope he will support the league financially. Since he has taken this move we are the happiest people.”
