Nigeria international Simon Moses will go into competitive action with confidence as he found the back of the net for Nantes on Wednesday.

Simon got a goal in Nantes’ friendly match against FC Lorient; their last before the resumption of the French Ligue one.

The goal however wasn’t enough to give Nantes something to cheer, with Lorient running away with 2-1 win at the Stade de La Rabine in Vannes.

Lorient opened the scoring inside opening three minute, before Simon equalized for the Canaries with a beautiful curling shot moments later.

Lorient claimed victory with the second goal arriving few minutes to the end of the game.

Meanwhile Terem Moffi and Innocent Bonke saw action for Lorient, with the latter entering the fray in the 68th minute.
