Nigeria’s Simy Nwankwo was on target for Crotone in the 4 – 2 success over Torino, in the Serie A on Sunday.
Simy scored two of the four goals for Crotone, who are desperate to avoid relegation from the top flight to the Serie B.
It took the Forward 27 minutes to score the opener for Crotone from the penalty spot and completed his brace in the 54th minute of the encounter.
The goals took the 28-year-old’s tally of the campaign 10 in 26 league outings for the club.
Arkadiusz Reca and Adam Ounas scored Crotone’s third and fourth respectively, while Torino’s goals were score by Rolando Mandragora and Antonio Sanabria.
The win brought an end to Crotone ‘s 8-match losing streak, but they remain in bottom of the league with 15 points.
