Spartak Moscow has confirmed the signing of Nigeria winger Victor Moses on loan from Chelsea.
The Russian giants took to their verified Twitter handle to welcome the former Nigerian international to the club.
Haven been in talks for his signature for the past seven days, the deal was completed on Thursday and the Chelsea winger will be with Spartak Moscow for the rest of the season, although the club has an obligation to buy at the end of the loan.

Spartak Moscow and Chelsea have agreed on the transfer of Nigerian star Victor Moses to our club. The loan agreement with the 29-year-old midfielder is until the end of the season with the option to buy! Welcome, Victor! ” Spartak Moscow said in a tweet on Thursday.
Moses’ new club is second on the Russian league table after 10 games into their league season and they are level on points with city rivals CSKA Moscow.
Moses who spent last season with Fenerbahce of Turkey and Inter Milan has 128 Chelsea appearances and 18 goals to his name.
He also made 38 caps and 12 goals for Nigeria, before retiring from international football after the 2018 World Cup.
