Stephen Odey ends six weeks goal drought for Amiens

Nigerian forward Stephen Odey was on target for his French division one side AS Amiens on Tuesday.

Odey scored the winning goal against Dunkerque and it was enough to earn his side all the three points.

He banged in the goal in the 12th minute and it ended up being the only strike of the game.

Odey has now scored for the second time for the club since joining them on loan from Belgian giants KRC Genk last summer.

The 23-year-old’s first goal for the struggling club came in 1 – 0 win over Grenoble in the matchday 7 back in October.

The win however moved Amiens to 13 on the table with 15 points from 13 matches.
