A Luis Suarez hat-trick inspired Barcelona’s easy 5-1 win over Real Madrid in Sunday’s El Clasico at the Nou Camp.

Barcelona were without Lionel Messi, who is out injured with a fractured arm, but it wasn’t a problem for his teammates as they outclassed their arch rivals.

Los Blancos were out of sorts and had no grip on the game save for a few moments in the second half and had only Marcelo’s solo goal to show for all their troubles.

Philippe Coutinho opened the flood gates with an 11th minute goal, before Suarez made it his party and substitute Arturo Vidal got in on the fun.

All these on the night when under fire Real Madrid Manager Julen Lopetegui was on his last hand; to impress his employers.

He let himself down as much as his players did on the pitch and now the count down – in hours – to the announcement of his disengagement is what most expect from the Los Blancos hierarchy.
