The Super Falcons now have a better idea of how high a mountain they will have to climb on Friday at the Women’s World Cup after they spied on Group A rivals Norway thrash AWCON runners-up South Africa 7-2 in a friendly.
The Falcons video analyst was at the friendly between Norway and Banyana Banyana, officials said.
Falcons spokesperson told brila.net during a Telephone chat that besides having the latest on Norway, they also have updates on the other Group A rivals, South Korea.
Nigeria will open their World Cup campaign on Friday against Norway in Rennes.
The Falcons had to dig deep last year before they won their ninth African title at the expense of South Africa, who also stunned them in a group game.
The Falcons will fly out to France Tuesday from Vienna, Austria.
