2017 League bloggers (LBA)  goalkeeper of the season league Suraj Ayeleso has agreed to join 2018 Aiteo Cup finalist Kano Pillars from Nasarawa United.

Ayeleso who joined the Solid Miners in 2015 from ABS FC of Ilorin has developed to be one of the best goal-keeper in the league.

While speaking to www.brila.net’s Oluwaseyi Alao, Ayeleso, a graduate of Human Kinetics from the University of Ilorin said he decided to join the Sai Masu Gida because he wants to experience a new challenge.

“After my contract expired, I would have stayed with Nasarawa United but I want to experience a new challenge that’s why I move to Kano Pillars”.

The 2016 Aiteo Cup finalist also said he enjoyed his time with the Lafia based team and will forever carry the club in his heart.

“I had three wonderful years with the Club, I love the club so much and will miss the people of Nasarawa.”

The departure of Ayeleso who signed a three-year contract with Kano Pillars means the Club has lost two influential figures in this current transfer window following the decision of long-serving Coach Kabir Dogo to join Sunshine Stars of Akure.
