Torino have been so impressed with Super Eagles defender Ola Aina they could launch a €10 million offer to sign him permanently in January.
According to reports from Tuttosport, as cited on Calciomercato, Walter Mazzarri’s side have been taken back by the Nigerian international and the way he has adapted to life in Italy.
Aina joined Torino in the summer on a season-long loan after hearing good things from close friend and ex-Chelsea midfielder Nathaniel Chalobah, who himself spent a season on loan at Napoli.
As part of the deal to take Aina to Italy, Torino were given the option to buy the player permanently for €10 million.
The energetic wing-back has impressed during the first half of the season and has clearly done enough to convince the Italian outfit.
It is yet to be seen if the player has a future at Stamford Bridge and the lure of regular first-team football could be too good to turn down for Aina.
