Niger Tornadoes forward Waheed Adebayo has stated that the Niger state owned team will fight to the very end in the race to pick one of the available slot for the Super six after showing good form this season to be in the conversation for a top three finish all season as against what would have been seen as a team only playing for league survival.
Adebayo speaking in a chat with www.brila.net after the team’s last 3-0 win over Abia warriors last Sunday said the team’s good form has been down to good preparation and motivation to change the narratives.
He added that he only hopes the players can stay focused and fully motivated to break in to the top three from it current fourth position.
