Ghana U20 head coach Karim Zito says his team will Nigeria in Wednesday’s Group B encounter with everything.
The Black Starlets and Nigeria’s Flying Eagles will clash at the Stade Charles de Gaulles on Wednesday for a place in the last four of the competition.
Zito was in the stadium on Sunday, scouting Nigeria and witnessed the 1-1 draw against Côte d’Ivoire, ahead his team’s fixture against the seven time African champions.
“Nigeria and Côte d’Ivoire are not countries that we will look down upon,” Zito told footballmadeinghana.
The coach said he has strategized the best format for the against Nigeria and he expects his side get the better part of the arch rivals.
Apart from bragging rights, both stand a chance of picking one of the tickets for the Africa U-20 Nations Cup in Mauritania in 2021 with a win.
