Nigeria’s U20 MNT head Coach, Ladan Bosso says his team has to learn from their mistakes after going down 1-0 against Senegal on Sunday.
The Flying Eagles lost their first group game of the Africa U20 Cup of Nations, courtesy a 40th minute goal by Souleymane Faye.
Speaking after the match, Coach Bosso acknowledged the team didn’t play to its potential, but remain confident They’ll turn things around in the next game.
“Mistakes were made, but we have to learn from them, take the positives and refocus on the remaining matches.”
Nigeria, who seven-time champions of the competition, will face the young Pharaohs of Egypt next and then wrap up the Group phase against Young Os Mambas of Mozambique.
