Newly appointed coach of NPFL side Wikki Tourist FC Usman Abdallah has promised fans of the Bauchi based topflight club that he will bring stability to the club after signing for the Premier League struggling side who have failed to win in the last 7 league matches despite a bright start that saw them lose just once in the opening 6 matches.
Abdallah speaking in a chat with www.brila.netdescribed the task of turning the team’s fortune around as a big one but believes he has the technical wherewithal to salvage the club’s faltering situation and called on the management and supporters of the club to be patient and back the club as they begin to witness a gradual change in fortune.
“It’s good to be acknowledged like that and I have hope and confidence that I can stabilise the team. It’s a big job, it’s not something easy because the team has to be stabilised first before we start thinking about the goal that the team wanted.
“But all the same I had a very good conversation with the team’s management and supporters to try and have patience with us and see how things go.”
