Wahid Oshodi Succeeds Egypt’s Khaled El-Salhy As President of ITTF Africa

Nigeria’s Wahid Enitan Oshodi has been elected as the President of the African Table Tennis Fédération (ATTF).

Oshodi was unanimously elected to succeed Egypt’s Khaled El-Salhy who had headed the Federation since 2010.

The election took place at the ATTF’s 2024 Annual General Meeting in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Oshodi, before his election has worked the president of the Nigeria Table Tennis Federation.

He’s the first Nigerian to hold the position and currently the only Nigerian presiding over a continental sports body.
