Watford Sporting Director Cristiano Giaretta has confirmed that Emmanuel Dennis wants to leave the club this summer.
Dennis scored 10 goals and provided 6 assists in his debut season at Watford, but it was not to keep them in the Premier League.
However, Everton and Newcastle United have been credited with interests in the player who is reportedly valued at £20 million.
Speaking on the situation, Giaretta said: “It’s highly likely that if he is here when the season starts, he will be available for first-team games if Rob chooses to select him.”
“He would like to leave and have been looking at potential move, but he is not causing us any problems.
“He is not banging on our door to get away as soon as he can. He will stay at the club if the market doesn’t deliver something we think is acceptable, in the same way Sarr stayed with us the last time we were in the Championship.”
