Coach of Angola’s U17 national team Pedro Goncalves has declared that his side is very well motivated to face highly ranked Nigeria’s U17 national team seen as the best at this cadre in world football.
Goncalves it was gathered by www.brila.net ahead of his side’s second group stage match against Nigeria said the motivation for his side is also the opportunity to showcase their potentials to the rest of Africa and the world at large what they can do after getting their campaign to a winning start like Nigeria.
“For us, it’s a big opportunity to show our potential in front of the biggest country in that age cadre Nigeria.
They have a strong team and so for us, the motivation is very high, the confidence after the first match is also very high. For sure it will be a strong match and we will see what the scoreline will be after the match.”
He added that they also hope to get a result that will put them on track for a possible shot at world cup qualification.
