Coach Gernot Rohr says he is confident that the Super Eagles players will have a good game and avenge their home defeat against Central African Republic.
Rohr and his boys returned to training on Friday after the embarrassing home defeat to the central African side on Thursday.
All 23 players trained under the watchful eyes of Franco-German tactician around 2pm Nigerian time on Friday.
Speaking after the training session Rohr, said he allowed the boys to train under the sun, in order to get used to the Whether in Cameroon.
Rohr who is under pressure from the section of the media and Nigeria’s ex internationals, added that he’s confident about good outing in Cameroon.
“We are not used to this time (2pm) the reason why we are training at this time. I hope we will have a good game.” He said.
Central African Republic will host Nigeria on Sunday in Douala.The match is slated for 2pm Nigerian time.
