Nigeria professional football league outfit, Yobe Desert Stars has announced Ngozi Elechi as their Chief Coach ahead of next season’s NPFL which kick-off in December.
Ngozi Elechi ended his five-year affiliation with another NPFL side Go Round FC to join the Damaturu based club after guiding them from division two to the elite division (NPFL).
Yobe Desert Stars on the hand refused to extend the contract of former coach Baba Ganaru following the team unconvincing performances last season.
Elechi who signed a three-year contract is expected to replicate the magic he performed at Go Round in Damaturu.
