Continental debutant and Kano Pillars goalscorer Ebuka David has stated that he is sure of his side’s qualification to the next stage of the CAF Confederation Cup despite losing 3-1 in Dakar to ASC Diaraf of Senegal.
David who opened the scoring in the encounter to put the visitors in front told brila.net that his side played with too much caution after taking the lead early in the game before conceding 3 goals to lose the game.
He, however, stressed that he is sure his side will make it count when they play host to the Senegalese side in the return leg coming weekend in Nigeria.
