Iheanacho is a lucky goalscorer – Garba Lawal

Lawal, speaking in a chat with brila.net stated that the fine form of all Nigerian players in Europe and their performances confirms that Iheanacho despite being the most criticized Nigerian striker has had that luck to always get the goals at some crucial games.

“I always respect him (Iheanacho), he does not send the critics, but always shown he is a striker and always put the ball in the net, and he is being doing that whether you criticize him or not, you will see him finding the back of the net which is very good for him,

“As a striker, you don’t need to play well all you need is just to put the ball in the net and he has been doing that, whether you play him or not the next thing you will see is him putting the ball behind the net, he always have this luck of scoring goals,” Lawal said.

Iheanacho scored his ninth goal for the national team against Tunisia during the recent international friendly played in Austria also over the past week, he helped his side against Az Alkmaar in the Europa game.
