After helping Leicester City to a comfortable win over Sporting Braga, Super Eagles Kelechi Iheanacho says he is pleased with the performance of the team.
Iheanacho grabbed the headlines, after netting a brace and assisted two other goals as Leicester City thrashed their visitors at the King Power stadium on Thursday.
The 24-year-old former Manchester City striker has been directly involved in five goals in two UEFA Europa League starts (3 goals, 2 assists) for Leicester this season.
The goals also mean, Iheanacho became the third player to score a brace in a European match for Leicester City FC after Jimmy Walsh (September 1961) & Riyad Mahrez (September 2016).
Despite his achievements, the striker decided to celebrate success of the team on his social media handle.
Iheanacho tweeted :
3 wins in 3 games in @EuropaLeague 🔥🔥
Meanwhile, Leicester City have won their first three group matches in the Europa League this season and are sitting comfortably on the top of the table.
