Midfielder Alex Iwobi emerged winner of Fulham’s Goal of the Month award for February.

Iwobi won the award, claiming 57.2 percent of the votes casted by the fans.

The Nigeria international beat competitions including Calvin Bassey, Rodrigo Muniz, Callum Osmand, Lemar Gordon, and Georgia Heasman to clinch the coveted accolade.

Iwobi’s winning goal came during Fulham’s exhilarating 2-1 victory against Manchester United at Old Trafford.

The 27-year-old midfielder found the bottom corner of Andre Onana”s goalpost during a swift counterattack, sealing the win deep into stoppage time.
